Board and Brick Breaks
A palm-heel strike breaking five, 2-inch, CONCRETE bricks.
So 10 inches of
concrete... just for fun.
A knifehand strike, sidekick, and hop sidekick which won him the gold.
Each break was 4 boards!
FIRST PLACE earned for an elbow break, jump sidekick, and sidekick.
Each break was 2 boards!
Spearhand strike through 2 boards followed by a sidekick and jump sidekick through 6 boards each.
Another FIRST PLACE!
